Borås has now inaugurated its first permanent sound work: Jin Mustafa's Currents Cast in Time in Viskans Park. The sitting sculpture in aluminum and fiberglass contains a soundscape of field recordings from Viskan, transformed into a poetic urban backdrop. The work was created for the Borås Art Biennial 2021 and now has a permanent place, becoming a new listening experience in the city's public spaces.
