Understated luxury is the theme, the aesthetic Scandinavian with <\/em><strong>Japanese influences<\/strong><em>.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sj\u00f6parken is the name of this project, which is also the new accommodation option for those checking into \u00c4stad Ving\u00e5rd in Halland. Each house contains four hotel rooms, with a common theme being the blurring of the lines between indoors and outdoors. Private swimming spots and a private sauna are included in the concept. We wanted to create something that stood out and was spectacular in the most understated and natural way possible. Listening to the water, letting the sun warm, the wind howl, and thoughts fly. Good enough. But here, there's also the restaurant \u00c4NG with its associated Michelin star, run by Filip Gemzell. The concept is a tasting menu at 2,400 SEK per person, with drinks booked on-site. Here at \u00c4stad Ving\u00e5rd, you shouldn't miss the estate's own produced wine.
